1. Provider

2. The service

Restrona is an online reservation system for restaurants: a booking page, a calendar, notifications, publication of availability to Google (Reserve with Google). It is meant for businesses.

3. Account and approval

The account is opened by a person entitled to represent the restaurant. The restaurant is activated after our verification. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data and the confidentiality of the password.

4. Trial and fees

The trial covers the first 20 reservations or 30 days from activation, whichever comes first, and requires a valid payment method. When the trial ends, the contract continues automatically on the plan accepted at sign-up unless the restaurant cancels before the end; we announce the end of the trial in advance. Fees are set in the personal offer accepted by the restaurant (a yearly plan paid up front or a monthly plan charged to the saved card at the start of each period). VAT 23% is added to net prices. Invoices are electronic. Non-payment suspends reservations and the Google publication.

5. Term and cancellation

The monthly plan may be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the current period. The yearly plan runs 12 months and does not renew automatically without consent. We may terminate with 30 days' notice, and immediately in case of abuse.

6. Guest reservations

A reservation is a contract between the guest and the restaurant; Restrona is the technical intermediary. The restaurant is responsible for table availability and for serving its guests, and processes guest data as an independent controller for that purpose.

7. Availability

We aim for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee it (maintenance, failures, third-party providers). If unavailability of the booking page caused by us exceeds 72 hours in total in a month, the restaurant may terminate with immediate effect and receive a refund of the prepaid, unused period. No other claims arise from unavailability.

8. Google

The "Reserve with Google" channel depends on Google's programme and policies, which may change, be delayed or suspended. We owe best efforts to keep the feed compliant, not a guaranteed presence in Google or a booking volume.

9. Liability

Our total liability towards the restaurant is capped at the fee for the month in which the event occurred (yearly plan: 1/12 of the yearly fee). We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, guest no-shows, missed, duplicated or rejected bookings, wrong data entered by guests or staff, acts or omissions of guests, or outages and decisions of third parties (Google, payment provider, AWS, hosting). These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally.

10. Guest data — processing on behalf

The restaurant is the controller of its guests' data; we process it as processor under a data-processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR) annexed to these terms. The list of sub-processors (AWS EU region, hosting, Google, payment provider) is available on request; changes are announced in advance.

11. Custom work

Features specific to one restaurant are quoted separately at an hourly rate. Generic improvements may be built free of charge and rolled out to all customers.

12. Acceptable use

The restaurant provides accurate venue and availability data, does not resell the service or extract data automatically, and uses guest data only to handle reservations (marketing only with the guest's consent). We may suspend the account in case of abuse.

13. End of contract and data

After termination the restaurant can download its reservations and guest data (CSV) for 30 days; the data is then deleted according to the retention policy.

14. Changes to terms and prices

Changes to the terms are announced by e-mail 30 days ahead, price increases 60 days ahead. The restaurant may terminate before the change takes effect; continued use means acceptance.

15. Law, disputes, language

Polish law; the court competent for the provider's seat. Notices go to the account e-mail address. The Polish version prevails over this translation.
